3RAR Officer socializing with the locals at their village in '53. These Koreans appear to be very well off by local standards, their home is still intact which was a big plus. Assuming they were located close to Comm. Div reserve position area, they would have obtained some income and food working for or stealing from us. Whatever the case, good luck to them, life was not easy. |
