Part of six platoon on the move in 52, and by the reasonably contented looks it must be away from the line. Nobody is overloaded with gear, no sleeping bags, mess kit, or big packs so it isn't a change of position. Note the Owen gunners have no magazines locked in place, so this must be a cushy spot. The round faced fellow on the right is Tubby Ballard, he was a problem later at 'The Mound'. |
