At the time of burning this CD-R, books available on the Web are uneven in quality, organization, search-engine ranking, site accessibility, and there are a whacking great lot of them. Most literate persons would be interested in some of them, but no one person is likely to be interested in a very large number, compared to what's there. Sorting out what one wants can be a problem. Another problem for me is that e-books at present generally lack illustrations or even brief author bios, which detracts from tales such as Daddy Longlegs. For these and other reasons I designed this little CD-R for my family and friends.
